We own a gamut of Bose products from QuietComfort™ 3 Acoustic Noise Cancelling Headphone to The Bose Lifestyle 12 Series System.This summer, one night, the the acoustic Wave Music System 11 stopped working and has been lying ever since. Bose has service centers only at specific locations in India - Mumbai, Bangalore and Delhi. I wish they had a service center in Pune too or a pick up facility- so much for the price we pay!
